Nejc to his best ever result, Harry with a crash

UCI MTB World Cup has finished and again with another great result for our team. Today’s fastest was Nejc with 45th place, which is his new personal best. “I was not completely calm before my final run, but as soon as went out of the gate I was having fun and I rode like that all the way down to the finish line. Course was hard, but I like technical tracks and I did everything as planed. I almost started to enjoy in all that dust, if felt like muddy conditions,” said Nejc after the race. “This is great motivation boost before the World Championships!”

Harry was not as lucky on the final run – he crashed and finished in 69th. “I had same tactics as in La Bresse – to go for all or nothing with the goal of getting into top 20. In worked in France, but sometimes you crash and that happened today. But still it was such a good weekend, I have enjoyed the track and had lots of fun.” Both Nejc and Harry deserve congratulations for this excellent result on the last race of the World Cup. The race was won by Myriam Nicole and Aaron Gwin (who else).
