What an amazing day in La Bresse - the most fantastic atmosphere on the venue and great result for Harry and the team. Harry Heath gave it all today and rode fast from start to the finished and finished the race in 18th place. When he came down he sat in the hot seat and stayed there for a while - after seeing times of other riders we all knew that this will be great result. Top 20 finish, big goal for Harry and the team, is now here and we are looking forward to World Cup finals in Val di Sole.
"What a great end to the birthday weekend! I left start gates with 'no regrets' tactic and gave it all out. On such a short track this was only way to good result. The course was really slippery after heavy rain in the morning, so I rode my spikes and still slipped couple of times. But when I came down to the finish and sat in the hot seat I was really happy with my performance," were Harry's words another this top result. "When you seat in the hot seat for such a long time you know that you did a good job. All this hard work and racing is paid off with such a race run. There is just no better felling. And when you beat people that you watched in the last ten years makes is all just incredible."
Great job for Harry and another great result for the team. Harry will stay in La Bresse for the night and celebrate: "I will drink my birthday beers tonight!"
